Descrição: O engenheiro Soluções deve apoiar o crescimento de vendas da GoodWe desenvolvendo fortes relacionamentos com os stakeholders técnicos da rede de distribuidores, instaladores e EPCs da GoodWe no Brasil, garantindo a confiança deles nas soluções e produtos da GoodWe. Conduzir treinamentos presenciais e online para os clientes, criar e gerenciar documentação técnica local, estabelecer uma base de conhecimento e representar a GoodWe em exposições. Fornecer informações ou feedbacks em tempo hábil para propostas de clientes, fornecendo os detalhes técnicos das soluções propostas.

Responsabilidades

• Realizar workshops e treinamentos presenciais para parceiros e clientes;

• Realizar webinars e treinamentos online para parceiros e clientes;

• Apoiar as equipes de vendas na especificação de projetos;

• Apoiar as equipes de vendas em visitas a clientes em negociações estratégicas;

• Realizar simulações de projetos e design para clientes;

• Realizar tradução de documentos técnicos (fichas técnicas, manuais de usuário, brochuras, apresentações de revistas, etc.);

• Criar e desenvolver apresentações de portfólio;

• Criar e desenvolver apresentações de produtos e funcionalidades;

• Criar documentos de SOP sobre produtos e funcionalidades;

• Criar vídeos de SOP sobre produtos e funcionalidades;

• Gerenciar e participar de exposições e feiras de energia solar (FV);

• Realizar palestras e apresentações presenciais em fóruns e eventos de energia solar (FV);

• Fornecer treinamento para a equipe interna brasileira (engenheiros de pós-vendas, equipes de marketing, equipes de vendas, etc.);

• Configurar e gerenciar a comunidade online da GoodWe Solar Academy no Brasil;

• Configurar e gerenciar as redes sociais da GoodWe Solar Academy no Brasil;

• Prestar suporte ao cliente em questões de Pré-Vendas;

• Treinar e certificar a equipe técnica dos parceiros de acordo com a política de canais;

• Trabalhar em estreita colaboração com as equipes da matriz para entender e transmitir as especificações corretas do nosso portfólio para a equipe local, parceiros e clientes;

• Trabalhar ativamente com a equipe de marketing para estabelecer uma rede de promoção com parceiros de terceiros (empresas de treinamento, influenciadores digitais e distribuidores);

• Apoiar a equipe de marketing na criação de conteúdo e promoções;

• Configurar e estabelecer um centro de treinamento no Brasil;

• Apoiar os gerentes de Produtos e Pré-Vendas na definição do portfólio local;

• Coletar demandas de produtos do mercado brasileiro;

• Analisar as demandas de mercado e propor novos produtos e funcionalidades;

• Coletar e organizar informações sobre produtos, soluções e principais informações de clientes concorrentes;

• Analisar e fornecer feedback sobre requisitos de normas regulatórias locais.

Habilidades Requeridas

• Inglês avançado é obrigatório;

• Graduação em Engenharia Elétrica, Fotovoltaica, Energias Renováveis ou formação similar;

• Conhecimento avançado de inversores fotovoltaicos;

• Pelo menos 2 anos de experiência com inversores fotovoltaicos;

• Pelo menos 3 anos de experiência no mercado fotovoltaico brasileiro;

• Experiência com GD, experiência com projetos de GC é um diferencial;

• Experiência com inversores de armazenamento de energia fotovoltaica;

• Experiência com baterias de chumbo-ácido e lítio para sistemas de armazenamento fotovoltaico;

• Conhecimento geral de eletricidade, produtos, soluções de produtos e processos;

• Excelentes conhecimentos em AutoCAD e PVSyst;

• Fortes habilidades analíticas, atenção aos detalhes e habilidades de comunicação;

• Domínio do MS Office e outros softwares de energia solar (PV);

• Conhecimento avançado em MS PowerPoint;

• Ampla rede de contatos no setor de energia renovável, principalmente na indústria solar fotovoltaica;

• Fortes habilidades de ensino e comunicação.
