Key responsibilities:

• Experience in the IT industry or regional responsibility (desirable).
• Advanced English level.

• Contact candidates through phone, Skype, LinkedIn, or email to validate interest and motivate participation.
• Schedule internal interviews, invites, and keep system records updated.
• Interview candidates to assess qualifications, including profile, experience, interests, commitment, and reasoning.
• Schedule and confirm technical interviews.
• Follow up with candidates throughout the process.
• Adapt to a fast-paced and changing environment.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of work experience; recruiting experience is a plus.
• Strong communication, listening and persuasion skills.
• Time management and organization.
• Flexibility and adaptability to constant changes.
• Experience with online and phone sales techniques is a plus.
• Knowledge in IT Industry head-hunting is a plus.
• Advanced English level.

About The Role:

As our People Business Partner, you will lead people development and organizational planning for client teams at YipitData. This is a remote-friendly opportunity that can sit anywhere in Colombia or Brazil. You will advise and own the build of team processes and structures to scale, maintain our culture, and develop our people. You will build and implement programs and processes with substantial impact.

As Our People Business Partner You Will:

• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to run and improve key people processes including promotion, compensation, performance management, and learning & development.
• Assist in creating scalable org structures with department heads, managers, and FP&A.
• Strengthen the management bench with guidance, cross-functional perspectives, and 360 feedback.
• Coach employees on development and career paths.
• Partner with Legal and People Operations on complex employee relations issues and resolutions.
• Ensure alignment of culture, values, and engagement initiatives with work.
• Identify and solve inefficiencies to scale the People Partner team's impact.

You Are Likely to Succeed If:

• 4+ years in an HRBP, Generalist, or Employee Relations role at a fast-paced tech or SaaS company.
• Experience partnering with senior leaders (Director+) and guiding strategy.
• Experience supporting global teams and cross-cultural People practices.
• Led or supported performance and engagement cycles.
• Discretion and sound judgment in sensitive situations.
• Clear communication, collaboration, and trust-building across teams.
• Resourceful, proactive, and comfortable in fast-changing environments.
• Big-picture thinking with effective day-to-day execution.
• Conversational English level.
• Bonus if supporting Engineering, Product, or G&A teams.

Human Resources Assistant (You+Baby Studio)

You+Baby Studio is a luxury newborn and family photography studio operating across the UAE and GCC region. We are expanding our recruitment to include Virtual Assistant – Recruitment Support to source, screen, and coordinate with candidates and agencies worldwide.

Responsibilities:

• Source and screen CVs from job boards and local channels.
• Collect 1-minute self-introduction video presentations from candidates.
• Send predefined tests/assignments to shortlisted applicants.
• Prepare and present a shortlist for interviews with HR.
• Conduct brief initial interviews to check communication skills and fit.
• Coordinate with recruitment agencies for potential collaboration.
• Create and publish job postings on social channels.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong written and verbal English; Spanish/Portuguese a plus.
• Strong organization and follow-up skills.
• Familiarity with Google Workspace.
• Proactive and detail-oriented; able to work independently.

Nice-to-Have:

• Experience as recruitment assistant or HR VA.
• Ability to conduct structured video interviews.
