Human Resources Specialist

As a Human Resources Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the growth and development of our organization.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide guidance on HR issues to business units and management teams.
  • Analyze trends and metrics related to employee retention and develop solutions to increase it.
  • Stay updated on legal requirements and prioritize risk reduction and regulatory compliance.
  • Assist employees with expatriation assignments and HR-related matters.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in similar positions within the human resources field.
  • Knowledge of labor regulations in Argentina and Latin America.
  • Experience in the IT industry or regional responsibility is a plus.
  • Advanced English level is required.

Remote Talent Acquisition Professional

As a Remote Talent Acquisition Professional, you will be responsible for identifying and assessing candidate profiles and collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders to run key people processes.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Review online information of candidates to assess general fit.
  • Contact candidates through phone, Skype, LinkedIn, or email to validate interest and motivate participation.
  • Schedule internal interviews, invites, and keep system records updated.
  • Interview candidates to assess qualifications, including profile, experience, interests, commitment, and reasoning.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of work experience; recruiting experience is a plus.
  • Strong communication, listening, and persuasion skills.
  • Time management and organization skills.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to constant changes.
  • Experience with online and phone sales techniques is a plus.

As our People Operations Partner, you will lead people development and organizational planning for client teams at our company. This is a remote-friendly opportunity that can sit anywhere in Colombia or Brazil.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to run and improve key people processes including promotion, compensation, performance management, and learning & development.
  • Assist in creating scalable org structures with department heads, managers, and FP&A.
  • Strengthen the management bench with guidance, cross-functional perspectives, and 360 feedback.

Requirements:

  • 4+ years in an HRBP, Generalist, or Employee Relations role at a fast-paced tech or SaaS company.
  • Experience partnering with senior leaders (Director+) and guiding strategy.
  • Experience supporting global teams and cross-cultural People practices.
