Job Description

As a senior headhunter you will help us find engineers who are ready to embark on an adventure to Sweden. Living standards in Sweden are great by international comparisons, and we need a lot of engineers. Your job will be to find them and inform them about all the benefits of living and working in Sweden. To move to another country is often one of the biggest leaps in life, so a lot of your job will be to build trust with suitable candidates. Supporting you in these tasks, you will have the assistance of a competent global team of recruiters, as well as an executive management team in Sweden. You will be supported by our Swedish delivery management team that handles all practical matters related to relocation for our consultants. In short we fix everything for our employees - visa, work permits, tickets, housing, you name it - we fix it Our clients are primarily within software development, R&D, cyber security, automotive, embedded systems, telecommunications, online solutions and application development. Your work will be planned and executed with colleagues in Albania, Argentina, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Brazil, Colombia, Hungary, Kenya, North Macedonia, Sweden, Turkey, Ukraine, Venezuela and Vietnam. You will be part of an efficient team with a strong mission to help engineers and their families build a new career and life in Sweden. Telescope's core values are joy, trust, and professionalism.

Required competence

Please ensure this is documented in your CV. At least 5 years of professional experience from recruitment in the IT sector, or similar technical experience.

Qualifications
  • A solid and well-proven network of local engineering talent within IT.
  • Extremely service oriented, with a flexible mindset towards finding the best solution.
  • High quality and brand awareness.
  • Understanding or interest in headhunting and IT outstaffing/outsourcing.
  • Upper intermediate English.
  • Knowledge of IT technologies and ability to learn new technologies.
  • Analytical, well organized with attention to detail, able to identify and close a recruitment request.
  • Self-confident, social, friendly and outgoing with high self-motivation.
  • Durable and persistent, able to handle rejection.
  • Passionate about success with an executive yet relaxed attitude toward work, colleagues and customers.
  • Responsive and responsible with professional appearance.
Contract & Location

Full time. Long term contract as a Private Entrepreneur. Minimum 12 months. Eight hours of work per day, Monday to Friday. Overtime compensation 1:1 as flex. Location: remote or from a co-location center of your choice. Economy: remuneration starting at 1200 USD, plus remittance fees and taxes. Free national holidays with maintained pay. 20 paid vacation days. Paid travels, housing, and per diem.
