People Business Partner at BairesDev
We are seeking a People Business Partner to support client-facing Software Engineers throughout their lifecycle, from onboarding to departure. The People Business Partner will oversee a portfolio of multiple clients across a broad territory, maintaining high satisfaction levels. Responsibilities include scheduling meetings, maintaining regular contact, and identifying potential attrition risks promptly to enable proactive mitigation. This role combines HR expertise with strategic thinking to ensure employee satisfaction and retention.
What You'll Do:
- Schedule and conduct 1:1 meetings with Software Engineers to assess their satisfaction with projects and stakeholders.
- Record each 1:1 in our ERP system, tagging potential risks for visibility among stakeholders.
- Coordinate and implement necessary actions with stakeholders when attrition risks are identified to contain or mitigate these risks.
- Support Project Managers throughout the talent lifecycle to ensure adherence to protocols during onboarding and departure.
- Coordinate actions with stakeholders to deliver excellent service and maintain high satisfaction among Software Engineers.
What we are looking for:
- Minimum 4 years of formal HR experience.
- Experience or skills in conducting negotiation calls.
- Ability to build proposals and close deals with Developers.
- Background in people, culture, talent, or training.
- At least 1 year of experience in customer service.
- HR Business Partner experience.
- Experience in the IT industry.
- Fluent in Spanish and Portuguese.
