CARGO: MECÂNICO INDUSTRIAL

RESUMO DO CARGO

Responsável por realizar a manutenção de ativos, corretivas, preventivas e preditivas, instalando, mantendo, reparando e supervisionando o funcionamento das máquinas e equipamentos industriais de acordo com o plano de manutenção.

DOS DEVERES, RESPONSABILIDADES E ATRIBUIÇÕES

Realizar inspeções regulares das máquinas para identificar sinais de desgaste, defeitos ou necessidade de reparo. Utilizar ferramentas de diagnóstico para detectar problemas e determinar a melhor solução. Executar manutenção preventiva, como lubrificação, substituição de filtros e correias, calibração de equipamentos, para evitar falhas e prolongar a vida útil das máquinas. Desmontar máquinas defeituosas, reparar ou substituir componentes danificados, e remontá-las para garantir operação adequada. Fazer ajustes para melhorar desempenho e precisão, incluindo calibração de instrumentos e sistemas de controle. Trabalhar com sistemas mecânicos, elétricos, hidráulicos e pneumáticos, compreendendo suas interações. Realizar pequenos trabalhos de pintura e solda. Manter a área de trabalho limpa e organizada. Manter registros detalhados de inspeções, manutenções e reparos através de Ordens de Serviço, planejamento de manutenção e sistema informatizado de PCM. Colaborar com outros departamentos para resolver problemas de máquinas e melhorar processos, conhecendo pontos críticos de controle. Seguir procedimentos de segurança pessoal e de alimentos, usando equipamentos de proteção individual adequados. Acompanhar profissionais terceirizados em serviços de manutenção, oferecendo suporte e treinamento. Preencher relatórios de operação e não conformidades, comunicando ao líder imediato.

O QUE É PRECISO PARA TER SUCESSO

Ensino médio e curso técnico na área.

Experiência mínima de um ano em operação ou estágio obrigatório do curso técnico.

Conhecimentos em mecânica industrial.

Habilidades em administração do tempo, raciocínio ágil, atendimento ao cliente, atenção, diligência, dinamismo, espírito de equipe, iniciativa, planejamento, controle, potencial de aprendizagem, relacionamento interpessoal e raciocínio lógico.

A segunda etapa do processo seletivo será prova escrita e prática.
