We are seeking an Art Director to join our Branding team and play a pivotal role in crafting creative ads and evolving the visual presence of our brand in Brazil. This position is crucial to ensuring that our campaigns are visually striking and culturally resonant, helping us establish a strong foothold in the Brazilian market. If you are passionate about creating captivating visuals and have experience leading high-level creative projects, we want to hear from you

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute the creative visual concepts for entire campaigns, working closely with the content team.
  • Create impactful key visuals that align with the company's marketing strategies.
  • Create high-conversion ad creatives — such as short videos, image-text formats, interactive ads, and H5 pages — based on user psychology, industry trends, and market hot topics.
  • Lead the development and localization of the brand in Brazil, adapting it to the cultural and aesthetic context of the country.
  • Guide and lead other design team members in various projects, ensuring visual consistency and excellence.
  • Design materials for different channels, including digital media, social networks, websites, print materials, and Out Of Home (OOH) media.
  • Manage the creative process from conception to final production, maintaining deadlines and quality standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure visual guidelines align with brand objectives.
  • Stay updated with design trends, technology, and industry innovations, applying relevant insights to projects.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in Marketing, Advertising, Visual Design, Journalism, or related fields;
  • Strong business English communication skills;
  • Proven experience as an Art Director or similar role in crafting visual campaigns and key visuals;
  • Strong portfolio showcasing strategic creative skills and visual aesthetics;
  • Experience in leading and mentoring design teams and collaborating with content strategists;
  • In-depth knowledge of Brazilian culture, aesthetics, and market trends;
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in dynamic environments;
  • Proficiency in design software and visual creation tools;
  • Excellent communication skills and a strong ability to work as part of a team.
