We are Brick Abode, a software development company serving clients worldwide with varying technological needs. We value a solid computer science foundation, autonomy, and a willingness to learn. This position is hybrid in Florianópolis and requires daily English communication.

We are looking for a proactive and communicative professional who is passionate about Hiring and talent hunting, people operations, and administrative processes. This role is ideal for someone early in their career who is eager to learn and grow in the HR and operations field. You will be part of a multicultural team that values transparency, high performance, and continuous feedback.

The position is hybrid in Florianópolis and requires daily communication in English.

Responsibilities
  • Support Hiring and talent hunting, people operations, and administrative processes.
  • Maintain autonomy in handling tasks and contribute to process improvements.
  • Engage with clients when needed to align HR activities with business needs.
  • Collaborate within a multicultural team and participate in continuous feedback cycles.
Qualifications
  • Must-haves: English proficiency (spoken and written)
  • Living in Florianópolis – SC
  • Interest in Head Hunting, people operations, and administrative work
  • Strong communication skills
Nice-to-haves
  • Previous experience with administrative or service-related tasks
  • Familiarity with Excel or spreadsheets
  • Experience in fast-paced environments or startups
  • International experience
  • Undergratuated degree
  • Soft Skills: Proactivity, problem-solving mindset, clear and effective communication
