We are seeking an experienced Finance and Administration Lead to oversee the administrative, financial, and operational functions of our São Paulo office. This role will be the primary bridge between our Vancouver head office and local Brazil operations, ensuring smooth execution of internal processes, compliance with Brazilian regulations, and support for the local team. This is a critical role requiring a strong financial and administrative background, along with deep knowledge of local laws, regulations, and business practices.

Duties & Responsibilities
  • Manage daily operations of the São Paulo office, ensuring smooth workflow and resource allocation.
  • In collaboration with the Finance and Accounting team, process accounts payable and receivable, issue invoices.
Finance and Administration Lead

This role is the primary bridge between the Vancouver head office and local Brazil operations, ensuring compliance with Brazilian regulations and effective support for the local team.

Required Qualifications and Skills
  • Strong financial and administrative background with knowledge of local laws, regulations, and business practices.
  • Experience in financial controls, reporting, budgeting, and cross‑functional collaboration.
  • Good command of English in writing and speaking; Portuguese language proficiency is desirable.
  • CV in English is required.
Project Management Consultant (in PMO office) – Optional/Adjacent
