Procurement and Agri Finance Lead

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our procurement and agri finance functions, driving business growth and profitability through strategic cost management and efficient supply chain operations.

Job Description:
  • Lead the procurement and agri finance teams, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, simplifying processes, and developing integrated tools to automate tasks and enhance productivity.
  • Support senior leaders on performance reviews, forecasts, and efficiency opportunities, driving business outcomes through data-driven insights and actionable recommendations.
  • Develop and maintain robust financial models, analyzing market trends, and providing strategic support to inform business decisions.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements, leveraging expertise in financial planning, analysis, and reporting.
  • Maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers, vendors, and internal partners, ensuring seamless collaboration and effective communication.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Cost Management: Develop and implement cost-saving initiatives, driving down expenses while maintaining service levels.
  • Supply Chain Optimization: Analyze and improve supply chain operations, reducing lead times, improving quality, and increasing efficiency.
  • Financial Planning: Create and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports, providing accurate and timely information to support business decisions.
  • Risk Management: Identify and mitigate potential risks, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Team Leadership: Foster a high-performing team, providing guidance, coaching, and development opportunities to ensure success.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in procurement, agri finance, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of driving cost savings, improving process efficiency, and leading cross-functional teams.
  • Strong analytical skills, with expertise in financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders.
