This role is ideal for someone early in their career who is eager to learn and grow in the HR and operations field. The position is hybrid in Florianópolis and requires daily communication in English.

What kind of professional are we looking for? We're looking for a proactive and communicative professional who is passionate about Hiring and talent hunting, people operations, and administrative processes. Someone who thrives in dynamic environments, is detail-oriented, and enjoys solving problems with autonomy and responsibility. You'll be part of a multicultural team that values transparency, high performance, and continuous feedback.
Responsibilities- Support hiring and talent hunting activities, people operations, and administrative processes.
- Engage with business needs and coordinate with stakeholders as needed.
- Communicate in English with coworkers and clients as required.
- Must-haves: English proficiency (spoken and written); Living in Florianópolis – SC; Interest in Head Hunting, people operations, and administrative work; Strong communication skills.
- Nice-to-haves: Previous experience with administrative or service-related tasks; Familiarity with Excel or spreadsheets; Experience in fast-paced environments or startups; International experience; Undergratuated degree; Soft skills: Proactivity, problem-solving mindset, clear and effective communication.
- Contract details: As Contractor (PJ), you will have competitive compensation and opportunities for growth; work with international clients; potential to move between teams; English communication with coworkers; paid leave and benefits listed below.
- Competitive compensation - R$2.5K (potential to increase to R$5k after 6 months)
