What kind of professional are we looking for?

We are looking for a proactive and communicative professional who is passionate about Hiring and talent hunting, people operations, and administrative processes. You should thrive in dynamic environments, be detail-oriented, and enjoy solving problems with autonomy and responsibility. Requirements to apply

Must-haves:

  • English proficiency (spoken and written)
  • Living in Florianópolis – SC
  • Interest in Head Hunting, people operations, and administrative work
  • Strong communication skills

Nice-to-haves:

  • Previous experience with administrative or service-related tasks
  • Familiarity with Excel or spreadsheets
  • Experience in fast-paced environments or startups
  • International experience
  • Undergratuated degree
  • Soft skills: Proactivity, problem-solving mindset, clear and effective communication
Contractor details
  • As Contractor (PJ), you will have:
    • Competitive compensation - R$2.5K (possibility of increasing to R$5k after 6 months)
