The Opportunity

We are looking for a seasoned Senior Sales Director to spearhead sales initiatives across Brazil and Latin America, focusing on enterprise software solutions in DevOps and data management sectors.

Geographic Focus: Central operations based in Brazil (São Paulo), with growth potential throughout Latin America including Mexico and additional strategic markets.

Key ResponsibilitiesSales Leadership & Team Development
  • Foster collaborative partnerships with channel partners and internal teams
  • Guide and mentor team members to optimize performance and advance career development
  • Build and lead a high-performing enterprise sales organization
  • Define strategic direction and objectives while enabling team autonomy in execution
Revenue Generation & Market Expansion
  • Create and implement comprehensive go-to-market approaches leveraging both direct sales and channel partnerships
  • Navigate complex enterprise sales processes within the business software landscape
  • Cultivate relationships with executive leadership and technical stakeholders
  • Drive sophisticated enterprise sales cycles involving significant transaction values
Partnership & Channel Management
  • Collaborate with partner management teams to enhance channel effectiveness
  • Cultivate strategic alliances within the regional business ecosystem
  • Champion partnership programs across Latin American territories
Experience & Background
  • Track record of consistently surpassing sales objectives
  • 10+ years of enterprise software sales experience within Latin American markets
  • Experience managing complex technical solution sales to enterprise accounts
  • Demonstrated capability in managing both direct sales and partner ecosystems
  • 7+ years in sales leadership/management positions with documented success
Technical & Industry Knowledge
  • Expertise in DevOps, data management, and enterprise software platforms
  • Understanding of enterprise security and compliance frameworks
  • Background selling SaaS/enterprise software to IT and business stakeholders
  • Proficiency with B2B sales methodologies and CRM systems
Essential Skills
  • Strong analytical capabilities with sales forecasting and pipeline management experience
  • Exceptional communication and presentation abilities
  • Collaborative leadership approach emphasizing team enablement
  • Required fluency in Portuguese and/or Spanish, with English proficiency
  • Strategic mindset combined with excellent execution skills
