What to Expect- Draft, negotiate, and review a variety of advertising agreements related to ad sales and growth business units
- Advise on data use and ownership issues, ensuring compliance with advertising guidelines and internal policies
- Conduct contract analysis and provide ongoing risk assessments for various matters
- Build trust and foster strong relationships with internal stakeholders
- Assist legal team members with overflow work and provide training as needed
- Minimum of 6 years of legal experience in an established law firm and/or in the entertainment, media, advertising, or technology sectors
- Proven experience in negotiating and drafting technology and commercial agreements
- Familiarity with digital ad sales agreements and data use agreements
- JD from a top-tier ABA-accredited U.S. law school and admission to the state bar in at least one U.S. state
- Strong communication and relationship management skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Experience with IAB 3.0 terms for interactive advertising
- Excellent negotiation skills and a solid foundation in legal knowledge
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a dynamic environment
- Detail-oriented approach to managing a high-volume workload
- Team player with exceptional drafting abilities
