Job Description
This role will be based in São Paulo.
At LinkedIn, our approach to flexible work is centered on trust and optimized for culture, connection, clarity, and the evolving needs of our business. The work location of this role is hybrid, meaning it will be performed both from home and from a LinkedIn office on select days, as determined by the business needs of the team.
We are looking for an AccountDirectorto join our team in contributing to successful client relationships with corporate clients in the small markets. You will be responsible for making sure that clients renew their contracts with LinkedIn's Talent and Learning services, besides establishing good relationships in order to increase their total spending with us. You will focus on a portfolio of client accounts to ensure there is engagement in products and value through multithreading, discovery, training and ultimately guaranteeing the investment made in LinkedIn's solutionsbest meet the clients' needs.
Responsibilities:
- Execute SMB account contract renewals that maximize contract value while protecting and enhancing the customerrelationship
- Own, drive and manage the renewal process for a high volume ofcustomers
- Identify customer requirements, uncover roadblocks, and demonstrate strong account management capabilities to drive renewal to on-timeclosure
- Identify new opportunities for growth to increase Share of Wallet with LinkedIn's Hiring and Learning solutions
- Provide executive management with complete visibility to renewals and solicit executive involvement asrequired
- Communicate risk clearly and take the lead in developing resolutionstrategies
- Accurately maintain a quarterly forecast of renewals in your territory
Basic Qualifications:
- 1+ years of experience in sales
- 1+ years of experience customer relationship
- Fluency in Portuguese
- Work proficiency in English
- Experience with recruiting/HR software
- Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Excel,Wordand PowerPoint)
- Solid negotiation skills that allow for value-based contract negotiations at the senior level
- Excellent communication and project,timeand customer management skills
- Demonstrated ability to find, manage and close Enterprise businesses in anevangelistic salesenvironment
- Experience in sales forecast accuracy process
