Commercial Banking and Retirement Services – Compliance Specialist opportunity. We are seeking a candidate with experience in complex defined contribution plan administration and compliance across multiple departments.

What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Lead new business calls to provide document review and consultative services related to plan documentation
  • Perform detailed reviews of plan documents to ensure compliance and identify potential risks
  • Serve as a compliance resource across various departments including sales, marketing, and operations
  • Consult with internal legal counsel on document design and customized service agreement language
  • Assist with department training and coordinate training topics and trainers
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • 12+ years of experience in complex defined contribution plan administration
  • Knowledge of laws and regulations related to qualifying and non-qualifying plans (IRS, DOL, ERISA, etc.)
  • ASPPA designations or similar certifications
  • Excellent written and oral communication, organization, and client service skills
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
