Objetivos Del Rol
  • Potenciar el crecimiento del negocio en segmentos clave de clientes en las Americas
  • Apoyar al Head de Growth en iniciativas estratégicas del negocio
  • Liderar el seguimiento semanal del equipo de Sales, así como ser el owner de las métricas comerciales y de la base de datos de clientes y prospectos de mercado
  • Identificar y ejecutar mejoras en el proceso comercial a partir de analisis de resultados
  • Construir materiales comerciales en base a oportunidades identificadas.


Principales Tareas
  • Liderar la construcción de métricas, reportes e insights de los procesos comerciales.
  • Apoyar en los seguimientos semanales de resultados de las iniciativas de negocio
  • Identificar oportunidades de mejora en el proceso comercial, a partir de analisis de causa raiz de fluctuaciones en la tasa de conversion en las etapas del funnel
  • Entender en profundidad cada caso de uso del producto para resolver problemáticas de los distintos tipos de clientes
  • Iterar contenidos y herramientas necesarias para la venta


Perfil buscado
  • Experiencia laboral en Business Intelligence, Management Consulting o roles afines: +3 años -
  • Perfil orientado a resultados, con capacidad de comunicacion y capacidad de aprendizaje rapido.
  • Graduado en carreras de: Ingenieria Industrial, Economia, Administracion de empresas, Relaciones internacionales, Ciencias Politicas, Comercialización, o Comercio Exterior
  • Disponibilidad: Full TIme - Trabajo híbrido: remoto y presencial o full remoto
