What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Develop and execute recruiting strategies to attract top talent and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates
  • Source and promote opportunities to candidates through job boards, social media, and networking events
  • Screen and coordinate interview processes with department managers to align candidates with job requirements
  • Foster relationships with schools and community organizations to generate applicant interest
  • Ensure compliance with recruitment processes, including candidate documentation and data records
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or a similar role
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build relationships at all levels
  • Familiarity with recruitment metrics and data analysis
  • Experience in the healthcare industry is preferred
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • Active presence on LinkedIn and experience with ATS systems
  • Previous experience in community engagement and relationship-building with educational institutions
  • Ability to effectively sell the employer brand to potential candidates
