We are looking for an experienced and driven Marketplace Team Lead to drive seller recruitment and management for Amazon's Brazil Marketplace. The Team Lead will develop strong relationships with medium and large sellers and manufacturers, prospect, qualify, and close high-potential sellers that enhance our selection, pricing, and availability.
The Team Lead will also be responsible for driving projects, setting processes within their team, and advocating for expanding selection. They will work with stakeholders across Amazon locally and internationally.
Responsibilities Include- Setting selection strategy.
- Prioritizing and managing a pipeline of sellers to meet/exceed targets.
- Educating new merchants about Amazon's high standards of Delivery and Customer Experience.
- Identifying and acquiring sellers/manufacturers to enhance category selection and brands.
- Driving innovation to improve customer experience, scale categories, and strengthen seller relationships.
- Providing insights and advice to new sellers to optimize their success on Amazon.
- Collaborating with Technology, Operations, and Merchant Services teams to establish and optimize processes.
- Experience with sales.
- Experience managing teams.
- Experience using Salesforce or other CRM tools.
- Experience analyzing data to assess performance drivers.
- Experience with B2B industry service delivery.
