Our focus is on growing and developing brands, providing the best possible shopping experience for our customers.Role OverviewAmazon is looking for an experienced and driven Marketplace Team Lead to drive seller recruitment and management for Amazon's Brazil Marketplace.
The Team Lead will develop strong relationships with medium and large sellers and manufacturers, aiming to prospect, qualify, and close high-potential sellers that enhance our selection, pricing, and availability.The Team Lead will also be responsible for driving projects, setting team processes, and advocating for fulfillment strategy development.
They will collaborate with various stakeholders across Amazon locally and internationally.Responsibilities IncludeSetting fulfillment strategy.Prioritizing and managing a pipeline of sellers to meet/exceed targets.Educating new merchants about Amazon's delivery and customer experience standards.Identifying and acquiring sellers/manufacturers to enhance category selection and brands.Driving innovation to improve customer experience, scale categories, and strengthen relationships.Providing insights and advice to new sellers to optimize their success.Collaborating with cross-functional teams to establish and optimize processes.Basic QualificationsExperience managing teams.Analyzing data and best practices to assess performance drivers.Experience using Salesforce or other CRM tools.Experience in consumer product sales/marketing or e-commerce.Preferred QualificationsExperience with Salesforce or similar CRM tools.Experience in consumer product sales/marketing or e-commerce.We are committed to an inclusive culture.
