About The Role

In this position, you will independently lead end-to-end recruitment processes, focusing on the Marketing area. Additionally, we expect you to contribute to the consolidation of HR processes, supporting leadership development, as well as talent development and retention.

Responsibilities and Duties
  • Lead full-cycle recruitment processes, including profile building, defining stages with leadership, job posting and sourcing, conducting interviews, and structuring offers.
  • Propose and implement continuous improvements in hiring processes, seeking practices that increase effectiveness and ensure a positive candidate experience.
  • Support and develop Employer Branding initiatives, strengthening the company's positioning and increasing its attractiveness in the market.
  • Develop effective retention strategies by monitoring employee engagement and satisfaction indicators.
  • Work closely with leadership to implement career development plans and provide constructive feedback, encouraging employees\' continuous growth.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for the management team on operational People-related matters, offering guidance and connecting with specialist areas when necessary, ensuring alignment and compliance.
Requisites And Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

  • Experience as a Recruiter (preferably in the Marketing area) and as an HRBP
  • Advanced English, with the ability to collaborate in a global environment
  • Based in Recife or São Paulo (preferred), with availability for hybrid or remote work
