You will be the go-to HR expert for operational and strategic support, working across departments to build a compliant, thriving, and people-first culture.
Key responsibilities include:- Providing HR guidance and support to leaders and employees
- Leading and coordinating payroll operations in compliance with labor laws and internal controls
- Collaborating with Finance on tax, auditing, and payroll inquiries
- Advising on HR policies, processes, and compliance, partnering with Legal as needed
- Supporting talent decisions including hiring, promotions, transfers, and compensation
- Partnering with Talent Acquisition, Mobility, and L&D for leadership and employee development
- Addressing employee relations issues with thorough investigations
- Supporting integration activities during M&A and organizational change
- Contributing to HR projects, reports, and initiatives
- Managing local and international transfers, assisting employees through transitions
- Strong understanding of payroll systems, labor compliance, and HR best practices
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with HRIS tools like Workday or SAP, plus Excel and PowerPoint
- Fluency in English; Spanish is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field; Master's preferred
- At least 2 years of experience in HR Generalist roles focusing on payroll and employee relations
