Responsabilidades e Atribuições
  • Engajamento com o Cliente e Soluções:
    • Abordar proativamente os impactos nos clientes e a fricção operacional.
    • Avaliar os requisitos dos clientes, desenvolver soluções e apresentar ofertas atraentes.
    • Identificar oportunidades de upsell e expandir o portfólio de produtos/serviços.
  • Alinhamento de Produtos e Processos:
    • Transmitir as necessidades dos clientes para o Desenvolvimento de Produtos.
    • Gerenciar processos internos complexos e solicitações de exceção.
    • Conduzir pesquisa de mercado para planejamento estratégico.
    Requisitos e Qualificações
    • Formação Superior completa
    • Experiência comprovada em vendas, pré-vendas ou produto nos setores de câmbio, pagamentos ou serviços financeiros
    • Bom relacionamento interpessoal
    • Capacidade analítica
    • Fluência em inglês (escrita e falada), essencial para comunicação com stakeholders globais
    • Capacidade de trabalhar colaborativamente com equipes multidisciplinares, impulsionando entregas estratégicas
    • Excelentes habilidades de comunicação, organização e resolução de problemas.
