Job Summary:We are seeking a dedicated and people-oriented professional to join our HR team as a People Partner focused on recruitment. The main goal is to lead and support end-to-end hiring processes, ensuring a positive candidate experience and attracting top talent aligned with the company's culture and values.
This is a short-term position with the possibility of becoming permanent.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage the full recruitment cycle, from profile alignment with hiring managers to onboarding new team members;
- Act as a strategic partner to managers and stakeholders, understanding hiring needs and proposing tailored solutions;
- Manage processes, programs, actions, objectives, and goals related to Performance, Development, Compensation, Payroll Department, and HR-related areas;
- Assist employees and managers with conflict resolution;
- Implement policies, norms, and guidelines for People Management in the company;
- Support client areas on topics related to Human Resources, including the implementation of corporate programs, people development, compensation, climate, and performance management;
- Collaborate with international teams, communicating clearly and effectively in advanced or fluent English;
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields;
- Solid experience in Talent Acquisition, with a proven track record in technical and leadership role recruitment, preferably in tech or igaming companies;
- Proficiency in recruitment and sourcing tools, such as LinkedIn Recruiter, and market mapping;
- Knowledge of HR tools and software;
- Experience with human organization development;
- Advanced level of English for international positions recruitment;
- Previous experience in the igaming sector or high-performance digital environments;
