Community Engagement Analyst at BairesDev

As a Community Engagement Analyst at BairesDev, you will support the Client Solutions team in fostering local engagement activities and driving market expansion through our Representatives' networks. You will play a key role in identifying events, supporting remote engagement, and helping build a robust framework for consistent community outreach.

What You Will Do:
  1. Source and recommend local engagement events to strengthen our Representatives' professional networks.
  2. Provide remote support for hosting and managing community events across various regions.
  3. Maintain and update weekly reports and control spreadsheets to track engagement progress.
  4. Document best practices and uncover new opportunities for enhancing community engagement.
  5. Create and maintain templates for repetitive tasks and activities to ensure efficient processes.
What We Are Looking For:
  1. 3+ years of experience as a Community Manager.
  2. 1+ years of experience managing events.
  3. 1+ years of experience in sales or customer success.
  4. Excellent organization and time-management skills.
  5. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  6. Academic background in Executive Assistance, Marketing, Public Relations, or Social Communication.
  7. Upper-Intermediate English level or higher.
