We are hiring a .NET L3 Support Engineer with 3-5 years of experience in .NET Core, Web API & SQL Server to provide advanced technical expertise and excellent problem-solving skills to handle complex infrastructure challenges. Strong English communication is required.
Work Time Zone: US Pacific (IST: 11:30 pm to 7:30 am)

What You\'ll Do- You will be supporting multiple projects with functional expertise providing support through various communication means to the clients based out in USA.
- You will handle issues and troubleshoot any technical / functional problems if any arise.
- You will be working on various platforms to support multiple projects and processes.
- You are expected to code and debug to resolve technical issues.
- You will be the sole POC for the clients based out in various countries.
Must have technical skills
- You have a strong experience with Product Support / Tech Support.
- You should have good communications skills- both written and verbal, especially in English communication.
- You should be good in C# and .NET
- You should have working experience in database – SQL queries, making API calls using POSTMAN.
- Should have working experience in jQuery & CSS.
- Troubleshooting problems and debugging glitches.
Good to have skills
- Familiarity with Ticketing systems.
- Experience in handling queries and some experience (functional) with AI / Bots is preferred.
- Least supervision needed / independent working.
- A Go-getter attitude.
- Should be able to work remotely and independently.
- Absolute great English communication (written and verbal) is necessary.
