
Technical Leadership Position for NET Support Expert

As a seasoned professional in NET technologies, you will lead a team of experts providing top-notch application support.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing incident and service request queues, ensuring that all SLAs are met with ease.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage a team of NET support engineers
- Investigate and resolve complex production issues
- Perform root cause analysis and recommend long-term solutions
- Coordinate with development QA and infrastructure teams
- Contribute to performance tuning and optimization of NET applications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- 10 years of experience in NET technologies C ASP.NET MVC Web API
- Strong troubleshooting skills and experience in application support roles
- Experience with SQL Server and performance tuning techniques
- Familiarity with tools like Azure DevOps JIRA ServiceNow or similar ticketing systems
- Knowledge of cloud services preferably Azure
- Excellent communication leadership and stakeholder management skills
- Experience working in Agile ITIL environments
