They support ServiceNow-Tickets opened by ESV, MSV, Commissioning, or Quality Managers, especially for issues not directly solvable on site, providing technical 1st level support to resolve issues promptly, always adhering to safety, quality, and efficiency standards.Profile:Skills:Technical education in the electro- or power electronic sectorExperience in maintenance, service, supervision, or commissioning, preferably in renewable energy/wind industryTechnical troubleshooting and repair skillsStrong service orientationAbility to work independently and efficientlyFluent German and English skills (spoken and written)Planning, scheduling, and prioritization skillsExperience with electronic measurement equipmentKnowledge of computer hardware, Windows OS, Converter User Interfaces, NC2, etc.Proficiency in MS Office, SAP, and related softwareResilience, flexibility, and teamwork skillsWillingness to travel to construction sitesAdaptability to new technologiesEffective communication skillsElectrical:Vocational training in Electronics/Mechatronics or similarKnowledge of electrical safety procedures (LOTO, fall protection, hazardous materials)Familiarity with electrical systems (low, medium, high voltage), rotating and hydraulic systems, fiber optics, network techExperience with installation, testing, quality management, and tools like multimeters, infrared testersMechanical:Vocational training in Mechanics/Mechatronics or similarKnowledge of mechanical and hydraulic systems, installation, testing, and quality proceduresExperience with mechanical tools and control systemsExperience:Minimum 2 years working with wind turbines or related systemsExperience with electrical systems (low, medium, high voltage) and programmable controlsExperience with crane operations (rigging/lifting)Nordex promotes equal employment opportunity and considers applications from disabled persons and part-time candidates.Additional Details:Seniority level: Entry levelEmployment type: Part-timeJob function: Information TechnologyIndustry: Renewable Energy Equipment Manufacturing
