Field Sales Engineer - Santa Catarina e regiãoCargo: Engenheiro de Vendas de Campo - Santa Catarina e região.
OBJETIVOS FUNCIONAIS
- Manter, desenvolver e buscar negócios, dentro de mercados chaves e em expansão, de forma direta ou por meio de canais de distribuição, dos produtos HARTING.
- Contribuir para as expectativas de crescimento de longo prazo da HARTING com forte crescimento de vendas lucrativas dentro do território.
- Usar a Metodologia de Vendas da Empresa e seu Processo Ideal de Vendas (Venda de Soluções / Centrado em Oportunidades).
- Atualizar regularmente informações da área de responsabilidade.
É RESPONSÁVEL POR:
- Gestão e crescimento do negócio dentro do território para a gama completa de produtos e soluções HARTING.
- Desenvolvimento de soluções de sistema com os clientes, incluindo todos os produtos e serviços HARTING, bem como o uso de produtos de terceiros.
- Gerenciamento profissional de projetos (interno e externo) e coordenação de clientes-chave em nível local e internacional.
- Apresentação do Grupo de Tecnologia HARTING, bem como tópicos especiais de gestão técnica e empresarial.
- Monitorar, comunicar e relatar regularmente a atividade da concorrência nos mercados e clientes.
- Garantir que o CRM para a área de responsabilidade seja totalmente mantido atualizado em todos os momentos.
- Desenvolver negócios com a rede de distribuição local.
- Coordenação do suporte técnico para a rede distribuição em conjunto com os Gerentes de Produto / Especialistas de Produto.
- Implementar e manter todos os contratos e acordos de compra para a área.
- Demonstrar argumentos técnicos e comerciais convincentes ao negociar contratos com os clientes.
- Compartilhar conhecimento de produtos, aplicações e mercados para auxiliar no desenvolvimento de toda a empresa.
- Garantir que as reclamações dos clientes sejam encaminhadas ao departamento interno adequado e os resultados comunicados em tempo hábil
EDUCAÇÃO E CONHECIMENTO PROFISSIONAL:
- Qualificação em Engenharia Elétrica, Eletrônica, Automação, Mecatrônica ou Mecânica.
- Experiência anterior em venda de soluções B2B, vendas complexas, aplicações em indústrias semelhantes. Desejável conhecimento em conectores industrias.
- Gerenciamento de Projetos.
- Excelente comunicação (apresentação em público) e habilidades sociais.
- Bom conhecimento de inglês (escrito e verbal).
- Conhecimento Pacote Office, relatórios de negócios e ferramentas de CRM.
- Capacidade de trabalhar por iniciativa própria e como parte de uma equipe.
