Customer Experience Manager/Gerente de Mídia

● Gerenciamento de equipe;
● Orientação e validação das tarefas internas da equipe;
● Sincronização semanal para identificar melhorias com a equipe e campanhas de clientes;
● Gerenciar e operar campanhas;
● Ser o principal ponto de contato para toda a comunicação com o cliente pós-venda;
● Executar capturas de tela e demonstrações para clientes;
● Supervisionar o processo pós-venda: configuração de campanha, ritmo e entrega, geração de receita incremental e análise pós-campanha;
● Receber, validar e gerenciar criativos, implementar pixels de servidor de anúncios de terceiros em nosso estúdio de aprimoramento criativo para fins de rastreamento de campanha;
● Manipular relatórios para atender às necessidades específicas de nossos clientes;
● Planejar e executar a apresentação do relatório de fim de campanha para clientes-chave.
Requirements: Experiência em marketing digital;Experiência dirigindo equipes de mídia digital em agência de propaganda;Conhecimento prático em plataformas de mídia e plataformas de mídia programática (ex Google e Meta);Pessoa analítica, orientada para resultados, focada em KPIs Digitais (confortável com as principais métricas de mídia e suas definições);Capacidade de ler, entender e manipular planilhas / relatórios;Habilidades de apresentação: apresentar e criar slides;Promove continuamente e alcança altos padrões de qualidade no trabalho, aplica atenção aos detalhes na execução e busca constantemente problemas para resolver e maneiras de melhorar;Demonstra conforto ao lidar com clientes estratégicos;Pessoa pro-ativa, criativa e que gosta de solucionar problemas;Cultiva e mantém relacionamentos fortes e produtivos com uma variedade de partes interessadas internas e externas;Possui habilidades excepcionais de comunicação escrita e verbal;Trabalha bem em equipe;Graduação, Curso Técnico ou experiência de trabalho equivalente preferencial;Inglês: avançado/fluente.
