As we continue to expand our reach and enhance our customer engagement strategies, we are looking for an experienced CRM Manager to spearhead our customer relationship efforts and drive retention and loyalty.

Role Overview:

The CRM Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing our customer relationship management strategies to increase customer loyalty and retention. You will manage all aspects of CRM campaigns, from conceptualization through to analysis, including data management, segmentation, implementation, and reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute CRM strategies and communications across multiple channels to increase customer retention and loyalty.
  • Segment customer base and implement tailored marketing campaigns to engage different customer segments effectively.
  • Collaborate with marketing, sales, and customer support teams to create cohesive and effective CRM strategies.
  • Monitor and analyze customer behavior to identify opportunities for growth and improvement within CRM initiatives.
  • Manage the CRM system to ensure it functions seamlessly across the organization, capturing all required information at key points in the customer lifecycle.
  • Ensure all CRM activities comply with current regulations and laws.
  • Provide detailed reports on the effectiveness of CRM campaigns and strategies, offering insights and action plans based on data analysis.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest CRM best practices, technologies, and methodologies.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a CRM Manager or similar role, preferably within the iGaming industry.
  • Strong background in customer acquisition, re-engagement, and retention strategies.
  • Excellent understanding of CRM systems and capabilities.
  • Analytical mindset with a deep understanding of data analysis and customer segmentation.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with various teams.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
