Resumo da Posição

O Gerente de Parcerias de Marca (BPM) é responsável por atingir metas de receita, construir relacionamentos com as principais contas empresariais e ajudar os clientes a gerar resultados de negócios por meio de consultoria, educação e suporte de produtos. O sucesso para a posição requer fortes habilidades de vendas, e forte parceria com o o profissional que atuará com Growth, habilidades de resolução de problemas, atenção aos detalhes e capacidade de prosperar em um ambiente dinâmico e em mudança.

Responsabilidades:

- Liderar conversas de nível C Suite para aumentar a receita e desenvolver parcerias estratégicas

- Demonstrar insights aprofundados do processo de vendas e combinação de produtos

- Liderar o processo de planejamento de contas que alinha os recursos da marca e do TikTok para maximizar oportunidades

- Aumente a receita, eduque e conduza conversas estratégicas com clientes e navegue em relacionamentos complexos

- Demonstrar experiência em todos os assuntos relevantes para o seu portfólio de negócios, incluindo escalonamento e solução de problemas para resolver problemas do cliente

- Liderar a educação do cliente sobre produtos e fornecer atualizações de produtos para aconselhar sobre a melhor abordagem para gerar resultados de negócios para clientes e agências

- Liderar a colaboração com clientes externos e partes interessadas internas.

Qualificações:

- Mais de 5 anos de experiência em vendas de mídia, marketing digital, publicidade de marca e/ou publicidade on-line

- Deve estar disposto a trabalhar em São Paulo, SP, Brasil.

Qualificações preferidas:

- Experiência com mídia digital (ou seja, TV digital CTV, OTT, mídias sociais, etc.)

- Histórico de construção de apresentações atraentes aproveitando pontos de prova internos e da indústria

- Conhecimento da plataforma de autoatendimento, leilão e forma licitável de compra de publicidade digital.
