**Position Overview**:Office Administration and Business Travel Assistant**
This person will report to the International Business Operations Manager / Brazil Office Manager. In this role, the responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
**Administrative Responsibilities**:
- The first point of contact for all visitors and callers to Eurasia Group’s office.
- Provide **support for office operations** as needed, which includes managing the front desk when necessary; answering and transferring calls; greeting guests, escorting to conference rooms, and connecting them with members of the EG staff.
- Maintain **office organization** by cleaning and organizing daily, checking office supply inventory weekly, and re-ordering supplies as needed.
- Calendar, Travel, and Admin support Managing Directors for Latin America to carry out general administrative duties for the Executives (including **expense reconciliation**; updating and organizing filing; organizing meetings and videoconferences; confirming appointments and reservations if necessary).
- Provide **support for Sao Paulo and Brasilia events**, including work anniversary celebrations, office happy hours, and operations to ensure efficiency and company policy compliance.
- Maintain availability if needed outside of regular work hours; run errands outside of the office when necessary.
- Collaborate with administrative professionals across EG offices, providing virtual support where needed - this may include providing temporary calendar and travel assistance for executives across the firm.
- Back up for the Brazil International Business Operations Manager during PTO and provide calendar and travel support for the Managing Directors for Latin America Other duties as assigned by the International Business Operations Manager.
**Travel Responsibilities**:
- Create weekly reports and a Travel calendar to provide visibility for scheduled travels across the firm.
- Assist with **visa and travel insurance** queries and preparations.

This is an in-office position. You must be able to work in our Sao Paulo office.
