The SAP Internship Experience Program is SAP’s global, judicious, paid internship program that provides university students with opportunities to find purpose in their careers.

**What you’ll do**:
**Position title**:SAP iXp Intern - Marketing & Events
**Location**:São Leopoldo, Brazil
**Expected start date**: September, 2023
- Assist in the creation and execution of marketing campaigns to promote our location, aimed at different target audiences and markets.
- Contribute to event planning and organization, including logistics coordination, vendor management, and on-site support during events.
- Create visually compelling graphics and marketing materials that align with our brand guidelines.
- Monitor and assess the performance of marketing initiatives and events, providing insights for continuous improvement.
- Assist in maintaining the marketing and events calendar and coordinating schedules for upcoming events and campaigns.
- Manage and curate content for social media channels, ensuring consistent brand messaging.
- Support the Communications team when writing and editing copy for various channels when needed.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to ensure our marketing efforts remain innovative and effective.
- Provide general administrative support to the Marketing & Events team, as needed.

**What you bring**:
We’re looking for someone who takes initiative, perseveres, and stay curious. You like to work on meaningful innovative projects and are energized by lifelong learning.
- Current enrollment in a relevant undergraduate or graduate program (Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Business, or a related field).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.
- Fluent English is required.
- Basic knowledge of marketing principles, social media platforms, and event coordination.
- Passion for marketing, events, and technology, with a desire to grow and learn professionally.
- Highly organized, proactive, and able to effectively manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Flexibility to adapt to a fast-paced and evolving work environment.
- Prior experience in marketing, events, or relevant internships will be advantageous.
- Creative mindset with the ability to develop engaging content is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite), and video editing tools, is a plus.
