**About the team**:
Together with your team, you will work on Brazil Support Team for SAP SPM. SAP SPM is a cloud-based incentive and compensation management software for businesses of all sizes. It allows organizations to design, modify, and manage custom compensation plans to improve employee engagement, loyalty, revenue, and sales. We are highly motivated and skilled Support Engineers with locations in Brazil, US, India, and Serbia. Together with our company, we help the world run better and improve people's lives.

**What you’ll do**:
**Position Title**:SAP iXp Intern - SPM Support Team

**Location**: São Leopoldo, RS - Hybrid

**In this role, you’ll**:
In your role as iXp Intern in SAP SPM (Sales Performance Management) Support Team, you will help the global team to monitor the Cases (Tickets) in the support queue. You will also learn about the SAP SPM modules, their architecture and the different technologies used in the solution. You will work on Cases and Chats, providing support to our SAP SPM customers, analyzing and addressing their issues, aligning their expectations, and collaborate closely with your team to ensure their success.

In your day-to-day you will:

- Execute queue monitoring activities, such as safeguarding SLAs (Service Level Agreement) and ensuring ownership on critical cases in the queue.
- Provide support to our customers through different communication channels, such as ticketing system and chat.
- Analyze, research, and document your troubleshooting advances on all your assigned cases.
- Learn about the product and different technologies used in the solution.
- Reproduce issues on sandbox/test environments, gettering evidence that would be helpful for your colleagues or even for the cases you are handling.
- Act as a contributor in the creation of documentation for both internal and external use.

**Who you are**:
Are you analytical, customer centric, self-motivated, and enjoy problem solving? Do you enjoy continuous learning and working efficiently in a fast-paced environment?

If this sounds like you, you will also bring:

- An on-going bachelor’s degree, preferable on Computer Science or related field.
- Organizational, verbal, and written communication skills in English.
- Knowledge with relational databases.
- Knowledge with Linux or Windows operating systems.
- Knowledge on:

- SQL.
- Scripting programs, such as Python.
- Web Application Servers, such as Tomcat.
- Java language.
