**About the team**

Our product, SAP Fieldglass, is a cloud-based Vendor Management System (VMS) that helps world-class companies manage contingent workforce and services procurement programs.

We offer an Intern Team Assistant position within a highly motivated team to contribute to the overall success of SAP Fieldglass. As part of the team, you will be supporting the operation of daily office functions and duties, including administrative support to the local team.

For the extended responsibilities, we need a colleague who is looking for new challenges and can deliver excellent support to the managers and the team.

**What you’ll do**:
**Position title**:SAP iXp Intern - Fieldglass Team assistant
**Location**: São Leopoldo, Rio Grande do Sul

**In this role, you’ll**:

- Help organize the global team schedule via both Excel sheet and internal system (RCC)
- Manage monthly payroll and overtime consolidation
- Support the movement of cases within the global team via communication with support engineers and follow-up with them regarding call back requests and case handover
- Help supporting customers when needed and possible transition to customer support role over time
- Manage purchase orders, such as office materials, IT equipment, and items for internal/external events
- Update materials, including PowerPoint, for meetings and presentations whenever required
- Support event planning for interna/external events
- Provide administrative support for new hires, including equipment orders and access requests
- Help drive team completion of trainings and recording of time and activities
- Work with an international team across several time zones
- Exhibit all SAP passions: Success, Accountability, Professionalism, Integrity, Teamwork and Trust

- University degree in business administration, communication, economics, or related field
- Fluent in written and oral English
- Open minded, problem-solving attitude and positive spirit
- Strategic thinker, focused on quality and process efficiency
- Strong skills in Microsoft Office Suite of products
