Analista Soluções TI Junior
RESUMO
Responsável por gerenciar e analisar demandas junto a operações do produto Air & Ocean / Corporate, Atendimento de tickets, alterações sistêmicas, fiscais, trabalhando diretamente com os negócios da CEVA e interagindo com outras equipes de TI conforme necessário.
PRINCIPAIS RESPONSABILIDADES
- Monitoração de tickets e atendimento a faturação eletrônica a nível américa Latina.;
- Gerenciamento de mudanças sistemicas (Changes Request em sistemas suportados);
- Atuar junto a equipe Fiscal para entender novas regras fiscais e aplicar soluções de acordo com a legislação;
- Gerenciamento das integrações e analise de arquivos;
- Atuar em projetos, documentando e gerenciando requisitos, partes envolvidas e entregas no tempo e qualidade esperada;
- Atuar junto aos outras equipe e produtos de TI;
- Interagir com clientes internos da CEVA, clientes externos da CEVA e outros recursos de TI da CEVA para compreender e reunir requisitos, fornecer dados e projetar e construir soluções;
- Identificar oportunidades nos sistemas e fazer recomendações para melhorar confiabilidade, eficiência e bom funcionamento dos sitema e processos de TI;
- Criação e manutenção de querys, views e exportação de dados ( XML, TXT, CSV...);
- Executar outras atividades inerentes e correlatas ao cargo.
