**Resumo do trabalho**

**Como Executivo de Desenvolvimento de Clientes, você será responsável por representar profissionalmente a empresa Colgate Palmolive, gerenciar o relacionamento com nossos parceiros em termos de confiança e respeito, comercializar e desenvolver os 5p's em diferentes categorias de produtos para aumentar as vendas de forma lucrativa, melhorar os níveis de distribuição e a participação de mercado, de acordo com nossos princípios de negócios.**

**Responsabilidades**
- ** Implementar as estratégias comerciais da CP, garantindo a execução correta dos 5p's no ponto de venda, buscando gerar benefícios para nossos clientes e para a CP, entendendo proativamente as necessidades de nossos clientes e recomendando soluções para os diferentes requisitos do ambiente de varejo.**
- ** Atingir os objetivos de vendas do território atribuído.**
- ** Monitorar o desempenho do território, promovendo reuniões periódicas de JVP e T2T.**
- ** Planejar e organizar atividades administrativas que incluem: Controle de orçamento, monitoramento e pagamento de atividades, manutenção de lista de preços atualizada, estoque, cota promocional, matriz de contatos e controle de conta corrente.**
- ** Garantir o cumprimento das políticas de crédito estabelecidas pela empresa.**
- ** Realizar visitas de campo para monitorar as atividades planejadas, observar a concorrência, encontrar oportunidades e compartilhar com a equipe comercial para desenvolver estratégias que respondam às mudanças competitivas do mercado. RM e CDT**
- ** Manter comunicação proativa com o cliente (Direto/Top Varejistas/Indireto) para apresentar planos trimestrais, JVP, lançamentos, promoções, tabloides, reduções de preços e todas as ferramentas de vendas disponíveis.**
- ** Analisar informações geradas por meio de ferramentas (Neogrid/Nielsen/Scanntech) para tomar as decisões corretas que direcionam e desenvolvem o negócio, como: Clube de promoções, negociação e monitoramento de planos de crescimento, aumento da distribuição, crescimento de market share, produtividade, fidelização etc.**
- ** Usar o Super Clube como ferramenta para desenvolver e acelerar o sell thru.**
- ** Capacitar equipes de clientes e lojas (campanhas, lançamentos de produtos, etc.)**
- ** Base São Luis.**

**Requisitos**:

- ** Graduação, desejável em administração de empresas, marketing ou engenharia.**
- ** Experiência na área comercial em indústria de bens de consumo rápido ou bens de consumo.**
- ** Conhecimento em ferramentas Google, Office, Scanntech, Neogrid e Nielsen**
- ** Dados e Analytics. Uso de informações para gerar Insights**
- ** Mora ou deseja se mudar para São Luis.**

- ** Conhecimento do canal indireto (atacado ou distribuidor)**
- ** Nível intermediário de inglês**
