Business Development Specialist

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES
As a Business Development Executive at MPL, you will play a key role in monitoring commercial processes to provide custom-made solutions to our customers. You will serve as the primary interface between the customer and all relevant divisions within our group.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Monitor commercial processes to provide custom-made solutions to customers
- Serve as the primary interface between customers and all relevant divisions within the group
- Use your enthusiasm and sense of entrepreneurship to drive business growth
- Develop and maintain relationships with customers and stakeholders
- Manage complex negotiations with senior-level executives
REQUIREMENTS
- Three years of experience in a commercial role within logistics
- Deep knowledge of shipping and general freight forwarding
- Good knowledge of containerized cargo, air shipments, and project cargo
- Excellent service delivery towards customers and colleagues
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Fluency in English and Spanish
