**Descrição do Cargo**:

- Apoio ao time de Atendimento ao Cliente para regiões das Cone Sul:

- Auxílio no acompanhamento dos pedidos de vendas;
- Acompanhamento da “carteira de vendas”, follow-up nas solicitações de ajustes de pedidos (produto, preço, condição pagamento), acompanhar ajustes de planos de produção;
- Contatar os clientes para que enviem as informações necessárias para liberação de pedidos para programação de embarque;
- Apoiar os clientes com informações sobre o status dos seus pedidos - contato com Logística, Documentação, Desembaraço Aduaneiro, Transporte entre outros times;
- Apoiar os clientes na utilização do Portal B2B (rastrear pedidos, status de pagamento, etc);

Cumprir as diretrizes da Política de Sustentabilidade da BRF, promovendo a gestão e atendendo aos indicadores e compromissos globais ESG (Ambiental, Social e de Governança) da empresa.

**Formação Acadêmica**:
Ensino Superior em andamento: Administração / Economia / Comercio Exterior / Relações Internacionais.

**Requisitos Desejáveis**:
Pacote Office/Excel (intermediário/avançado).
Espanhol e Inglês Avançado.
Conhecimento de Salesforce (diferencial).
