Key Responsibilities:
- Provide timely and effective responses to customer inquiries via phone and email
- Process orders, payments, and customer accounts with accuracy and efficiency
- Verify and resolve customer concerns in a professional and courteous manner
- Develop and maintain a strong understanding of our products and services to provide informed solutions to customers
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Intermediate English language skills (required)
- Desirable experience in customer service, preferably in a call center environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
