As the Market Access Director Latin America (LATAM), you will play a critical role in translating Global Value demonstration, Market Access and Pricing (GVAP) strategies into regional and local execution. You will support the development of country-level operational market access plans and drive the implementation of the regional health strategy.

**Your role**
- As the Director Operations Latin America (LATAM), you play a crucial role in providing GVAP input into Regional Brand Strategies and Brand Planning. You are responsible for the roll-out of the regional product GVAP strategy and plans to countries in the region. Additionally, you provide GVAP input into Launch trackers, IBP, and reimbursement trackers. Furthermore, you are in charge of contextualizing global value material to country/payer-specific context and supporting the country team to adapt global tools to the local country context, as well as assisting in planning and executing health technology assessment submissions;
- You will be responsible for reviewing business cases thoroughly and strengthening them to minimize price erosion and improve profitability. You will work as a business partner with countries to constructively challenge cases and find solutions. Additionally, you will ensure that pricing business cases are timely submitted and approved in Price4 U. You will interface with countries on price compliance matters and ensure that prices executed on a market level are previously approved on P4U. Moreover, you will provide consultation to key markets on alternative pricing options and the strengthening of business cases as needed. You will be responsible for summarizing and compiling all information related to GVAP in certain countries of LATAM. You will also regularly organize regional MAP meetings to discuss MAP issues of common interest and leverage global resources while localizing training modules on health economics, clinic and economic evaluation, and mock negotiations. Additionally, you will step in to support smaller countries in the region with limited resources on the ground or during backfilling of country GVAP headcount as needed.

**Who you are**
- Relevant experience in market access and pricing roles in country or regional specific functions
- Requires a graduate degree or equivalent experience
- Fluency in written and spoken English
- Strong understanding of LATAM healthcare systems with the ability to translate trends into actionable insights for the organization
- Strong business/commercial acumen and financial skills with the ability to contribute as an access and pricing expert to regional and global franchise strategies
- Experience in developing and implementing alternative contracting models
- Strong process/project manager with the ability to communicate and influence and willingness to work hands-on Availability for up to 50% travel within the region

**This position can be based in Brazil or Colombia
