Ferring+You
You will report directly to the General Manager Latin America and CEO LBOE Brazil, managing a senior team, supporting Ferring on its market access.
Your day at Ferring- Implement Public and Private strategies to expand access, new protocols, and guidelines for our products.- Negotiating and lobbying with national and local deciding bodies (public and private payors)- Identify and develop effective relationships with national key opinion-leaders and stakeholders.- Evaluate market opportunities through interaction with payors, regulatory bodies, ANS (National Health Agency) and operators to demonstrate value added for products in different scenarios.- Bids and tenders’ management.- All price and reimbursement decisions in accordance with Ferring international pricing strategy. Collaboration with Regional Management and GMO Market Access and Pricing department- Assist all BU Heads in the implementation of marketing plans (launches) with advice in P&R strategies.- Advice and support General Manager in P&R strategy and decisions.
Behind our innovation There’s you- Medical/scientific or economic education- 5-10 years of experience in Access- Knowledge and experience of local pricing and market access processes and legislation- Established network of key influencers- Excellent communication skill- Excellent writing and oral communications skills (including presentations)- Fluency in English, excellent verbal and written communication skills
