Virtual Assistance- Sales Representative

We are looking for a Virtual Assistant to provide administrative support to our team while working remotely.
Ultimately, you should be able to handle administrative projects and deliver high-quality work under minimum supervision.

**Requirements**:

- Fluent English - Verbal and Written ( Video is required when applied)
- High Speed Internet connection
- Laptop/Computer
- Mobile with unlimited data

**Responsibilities**:

- Build and maintain relationships with clients through effective communication and follow-up.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement sales strategies.
- Meet and exceed sales targets to contribute to the overall growth of the business.
- Provide excellent customer service to address client inquiries and concerns
- Schedule Cleanings
- Prepare customer spreadsheets and keep online records
- Organize calendars and reports
- Perform sales over the phone
- Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or relevant role
- Familiarity with current technologies, like desktop sharing, cloud services, VoIP, Google Meet, etc
- Experience with word-processing software and spreadsheets (e.g., MS Office)
- Knowledge of online calendars and scheduling
- Excellent time management skills
- Solid organizational skills
- High school diploma; additional qualifications as Administrative or Executive Assistant is a plus

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in virtual sales or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with a passion for achieving sales goals.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a virtual environment.
- Familiarity with the cleaning industry is a plus.
