**About the role**:
Responsible for adapting the Brand strategy (presented by Marketing) in Guide Lines for the entire region. P&L management will be essential on the TS (Price Off, Sale Promo) and A&P (Promotions) fronts, the latter being responsible for leveraging the development of brand in the BUs through a Shopper Calendar aligned with the Consumer Plan. His in-depth knowledge of Shopper behavior in the categories we operate will support our Sales Argumentations, reinforce our execution strategy (MYPS) and guide us towards a set of activities for the Region (aiming to increase Shopper Kpis) and their results, which will be deployed in BU's by Category Deployments.

**Main Responsibilities**:

- Deep knowledge of Shopper behavior and KPIs in the performance category. (MYPS delivery);
- Strategy and plan construction through an Activity Grid (Oracle) for the Region with Guides by Cluster;
- Region Performance Monitoring by Category / Product;
- Category P&L Management in the Region on Key figures which category governs;
- Lead S&OP discussions based on the region plan vision and Build Blocks;
- Category Development and Growth in the Region;
- MS gains (Volume and Value) based on fundamentals;
- Delivery of MYPS and Oracle program;
- Performance Assessment in the Region (Gap Analysis);
- Delivery of the TS (PP/PV) and A&P (Promotions) budget;
- Forecast accuracy.

**Who we are looking for**:
Complete degree in marketing, publicity and advertising or related areas;

Optimize processes;
Fluent English, Spanish is a plus.
