Nós da Eve Air Mobility estamos procurando um Lead of Services Digital Platform and Marketplace Strategy, para trabalhar em colaboração com a Product (eVTOL), Service & Support, Fleet Operations, UATM (Urban Air Traffic Management) e a equipa de User Experience para realizar um novíssimo conjunto de aplicações que potenciará o nosso serviço de Soluções de Serviços e Operações para o ecossistema de Mobilidade Aérea Urbana. Uma solução centrada no cliente, inteligente e eficiente que liga Operadores, Prestadores de Serviços e Fornecedores.
**Responsabilidades e atribuições**
- Planeamento estratégico e gestão do desenvolvimento de produtos / serviços digitais;
- Definição da visão e do roadmap para estabelecer o portfólio de soluções de serviços digitais;
- Avaliação da plataforma de serviços disponíveis (aviação, automotivo, mobilidade);
- Apoio ao desenvolvimento e implementação do Portfólio de Serviços UAM;
- Desenvolvimento de negócios / Modelação de negócios / Modelação financeira dentro da solução de plataforma digital.
**Requisitos e qualificações**
- Graduação completa;
- Experiência de trabalho em plataforma/web/desenvolvimento de marketplace;
- Conhecimento de todo o ciclo de vida do desenvolvimento do produto.
**Informações adicionais**
Desejável:
- Experiência como Tech Lead em equipes.
- Experiência em escalar produtos, supervisionando a sua construção desde o MVP, incluindo o aproveitamento de design rápido/iterativo e metodologias de melhoria contínua.
- Fortes capacidades analíticas com background em modelos financeiros básicos, ou consultoria de gestão.
- Experiência na indústria aeroespacial ou automotiva.
- Conhecimento abrangente de redes e experiência de interface com arquiteturas de rede complexas.
- Desenvolvimento de Portfólio de Serviços.
