**Cleanzilla Cleaning Service** is looking for an assistant with fluency in English and Spanish (written and verbal) to perform a variety of related activities.

The initial salary will be $2700 per month. The position is as a contractor.(PJ)

Just like many operational roles, there is no "typical day". Your role will involve a wide variety of activities related to the company's administrative services. These activities will include a mix of property management and recurring cleaning tasks, as well as activities that require more urgent attention.

The functions for the job include:

- Scheduling clients for cleaning
- Making follow-up calls
- Working in synergy with the operational manager
- Contacting potential clients to close deals
- Organizing clients' schedules
- Marketing (social media posts). Familiarity required.
- Functional self-management: Working with mínimal supervision, effectively managing one's own time, maintaining control over all current projects/responsibilities.
- Reliable: Trustworthy and makes decisions with consistent adherence to strong moral and ethical principles.
- Growth mindset: Operating with the intention to learn, strive, and grow, seeking and providing proactive feedback, and humbly sharing best practices to promote the success of the team as a whole.
- Sales Assistant (commission based on closed clients)

And other management functions based on workflow.

**Responsibilities**:
**Administrative Support**:

- Maintain and update company databases, records, and documents.
- Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other relevant materials as needed.

**Customer **Communication**:

- Coordinate with customers to schedule cleaning services, handle changes in appointments, and address any concerns they may have.

**Scheduling and Coordination**:

- Collaborate with the operations team to schedule cleaning appointments based on customer availability and preferences.
- Coordinate with the cleaning team to ensure they have accurate and up-to-date schedules and instructions for each job.

**Data Entry and Reporting**:

- Accurately input data into relevant systems, including customer information, service details, and feedback.
- Compile and generate reports on key performance indicators, customer feedback, and other relevant metrics.

**Online Presence**:

- Assist in maintaining the company's online presence by updating social media profiles, responding to online reviews, and managing customer feedback platforms.

**Problem Solving**:

- Address customer concerns and complaints in a professional and timely manner, finding appropriate solutions and adhering to company policies.

We are local, family-owned cleaning company in NYC(Brooklyn, Queens and Manhattan), with several years of experience in residential, commercial, and luxury cleaning services.

Each of our professional cleaners is extensively trained, insured, and bonded, and has successfully completed all necessary safety training.

We ensure that all routine and requested areas are cleaned proficiently.

We know that a smooth and hassle-free start is essential for each of our clients; we combine early preparation and training with strong management and guidance to ensure a smooth and successful start.

**Some requirements**:
Internet of at least 15 Mbps

Headphones preferably noise-canceling

To have knowledge beyond basic Excel skills.

Quiet environment
