The Global Sales Internship Program is specifically designed for university juniors going into their senior year of university. The program offers the opportunity to gain experience and grow within Cisco. The purpose of this program is to expose students to Cisco’s technology and customers while providing hands-on training and group projects. Upon completion of the internship, opportunities exist to become Cisco’s next generation of sales engineering leaders through an accelerated early in career development path. Who You Are

You are pursuing a BS degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Data Science, Information Technology, MIS, Mathematics, Physics, or other equivalent degrees in technical disciplines are required and an emphasis on Software development or Applications Architecture practices preferred.

You are able to express yourself easily and articulately in English with excellent verbal and written

communication,

You have a passion for technology; experience in one or more of the following development skills; Java,.Net, Javascript,, Ruby skills; Knowledge in C++, Python, and

Object-Oriente

d Programming; Familiarity with C++ and understanding of databases

You show creative thinking and have analytical skills; Strong

collaboration,

communication,

influencing, and organization skills

You are able to legally live and work in the country for which you’re applying, without visa support or sponsorship. (Student visas or visas obtained on your own are not applicable for the program)
