**WHAT WILL BE YOUR CHALLENGE?**
As an Business Intelligence Specialist at PagoNxt Merchant Solutions BR, your challenge will be to act as a data driver in a Transformation team.
You'll be part of the to utilize their data analysis and visualization skills to provide actionable insights that support strategic decision-making within the organization. Some of the key responsibilities of the BI specialist include:
**RESPONSIBILITIES**:
- Collecting and analyzing data from various internal and external sources to identify trends and business opportunities.
- Creating data models, dashboards, and reports that transform raw data into meaningful and easily understandable information for stakeholders.
- Ensuring the quality and accuracy of the data used in analyses, implementing processes to guarantee data integrity.
- Collaborating with multifunctional teams, such as business analysts and leaders, to understand the organization's needs and deliver BI solutions aligned with strategic objectives.
- Staying up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in BI, continuously adapting solutions to meet the evolving needs of the company.
By performing this critical role, the BI specialist helps drive the organization's digital transformation, providing valuable insights that inform strategic decision-making and improve operational efficiency.
**REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS**:
- Fluent English;
- Experience with Power BI;
- Proven experience with data analysis;
- Experience developing metrics (flow, bunisess, quality) and using them to make data-driven decisions.
**PREFERRED**:
- Spanish - Intermediate level;
- Experience with team's topologies;
- Experience with OKR implementation;
- Knowledge in Agile;
- Experience with Azure DevOps, JIRA, Confluence, Office 365 Suite and Miro.
