**Descrição**:
Estamos procurando um Product Manager para direcionar o desenvolvimento do produto e garantir alto retorno sobre o investimento (ROI). Você traduzirá ideias em estratégia e recursos e acompanhará o desenvolvimento do produto do início ao fim.

Para ter sucesso nessa função, você deve ser um líder perspicaz e criativo e um solucionador de problemas confiável. Se você também está confiante e tem o dom de saber quais ideias vão ou não funcionar, gostaríamos de conhecê-lo.

Contratação: Efetivo - CLT

**Responsabilidades**:

- Desenvolver e implementar estratégias de produtos consistentes com a visão da empresa;
- Gerenciamento de dependências entre produtos, projetos e backlogs dos times de ponta a ponta;
- Coletar e analisar feedback de clientes, partes interessadas e outras equipes para moldar requisitos, recursos e produtos finais;
- Produzir e revisar documentos de requisitos do produto;
- Garantir que produtos e lançamentos sejam lançados corretamente e dentro do planejado;
- Fazer recomendações criativas para expandir a base e a visão do produto;
- Sugerir maneiras de rastrear o uso e o impacto do produto nos usuários finais;
- Compreender e representar as necessidades dos clientes, explora e prioriza ideias de features de produtos em potencial, colaborando com os Gerentes que cuidam do portfólio;
- Desenvolver, priorizar e evoluir o Roadmap de produto;
- Gerenciar as dependências funcionais entre produtos;
- Fornecer orientação aos Product Owners.

**Requisitos**:

- Experiência comprovada como Product Manager ou função similar;
- Experiência em gerenciamento do ciclo de vida do produto;
- Experiência em gerenciamento de dependências entre produtos, projetos e backlogs dos times;
- Familiaridade com framework Ágil;
- Habilidades organizacionais e de liderança;
- Excelentes habilidades de comunicação;
- Habilidade para resolução de problemas;
- Habilidades de pensamento criativo.
